Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
RxPlainly is a simple informational website. We collect almost nothing, and we sell nothing. Here's the full picture:
Information we collect
- If you email us (via the address on our Contact page), we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply.
- We do not require accounts, run logins, or ask for your name, address, health information, or insurance details. Please don't send us that information.
Cookies and analytics
- This site itself sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
- Our hosting provider may collect standard, anonymized server logs (e.g., pages requested, approximate location from IP address) for security and performance. We don't use these to identify you.
- If we add analytics or display advertising in the future, those third parties may set their own cookies. We'll update this policy first and disclose it clearly.
How we use information
Only to operate the site and respond to messages you send us. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone, except as required by law.
Data retention
Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted on request.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us via the Contact page.
